I´m writing about integration - trying to make it easy to live as a Turkish immigrant in Sweden. Comparing to the situation in Berlin!

Being Turkish in Berlin - is it possible to get the school you want (with education in Turkish, with Turkish culture etc)? How?
2)
Is it hard to get a job as a member of the Turkish minority? What has been done to make it easier?
