Our client, an international outsourcing service provider, is looking for IT customer service representatives for its offices located in Münster, Germany.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Friendly and professional customer service for international IT business customers
Identification of customer needs and proactive customer service
Telephone and email support for questions regarding the Business Partner Program
Application/Utilisation of various software programs and the internet
Database maintenance, documentation and rework of all customer queries
Customer service representatives are needed for the following languages:
Danish, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Norwegian, Turkish, portuguese.
Candidate profile:
Excellent command of language: spoken and and written proficiency
Commercial qualification is an advantage
Distinct focus on customer and service orientation as well as enjoying customer contact over the phone
Good Microsoft knowledge on Windows Server, networks and licenses are preferable
Flexibility and ability to integrate and work in a team
Contract:
Initially for 1 year
Salary:
Starting salary 1509€/month
